    Role of Travel Agent

    ATMIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS acts solely as a travel agent/intermediary between the passenger and the airline. ATMIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS is not the operating carrier and does not control flight operations.

    All air travel is subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage, fare rules, and policies. In the event of any inconsistency, the airline’s terms shall prevail.

    • Tickets are valid only for the passenger named on the ticket and are non-transferable.
    • Name changes may not be permitted or may attract airline charges.
    • All fares are subject to availability at the time of booking.
    • Some fares may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or restricted.
    • Full payment is required before ticket issuance.
    • Any changes or cancellations are subject to airline fare rules and ATMIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS service fees.
    • Failure to travel or check in on time may result in forfeiture of the full ticket value.
    • Additional fare differences and penalties may apply.
    • Refunds (if permitted) will be processed to the original form of payment.
    • Non-refundable tickets may only allow refund of unused government or airport taxes.
    • Refund processing times are determined by the airline.
    • Baggage allowance and excess baggage charges are governed by the airline.
    • Passengers must comply with airline rules and Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAA NZ) regulations.
    • Flight schedules may change without prior notice.
    • ATMIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or disruptions caused by airlines, weather, or operational reasons.
    • Any assistance or compensation is subject to airline policy.
    • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, transit permits, and health documents.
    • Boarding may be denied if documents are incorrect or insufficient.
    • Airline liability is governed by the Montreal Convention and the Civil Aviation Act 1990 (New Zealand).
    • ATMIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS is not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of the airline.
    • Services are provided in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ).

      1. Seat Assignment & Special Requests
        Seat selection, meals, and special assistance requests are subject to airline availability and confirmation.
      2. Unaccompanied Minors & Special Passengers
        Travel for unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, or passengers requiring assistance is subject to airline approval and additional charges.
      3. Force Majeure
        ATMIYA TOURS AND TRAVELS is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or air traffic control restrictions.
      4. Travel Insurance
        Passengers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and baggage loss.
      5. Currency & Charges
        All fares, fees, and charges are subject to currency fluctuations and airline or government-imposed surcharges.
      6. Reconfirmation of Flights
        Passengers are advised to reconfirm flight details at least 72 hours prior to departure, especially for international travel.
      7. Jurisdiction
        These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to New Zealand jurisdiction.
